Mr. Kieu is the Vice President of Excedo Group in Ho Chi Minh City, a leading technology company specializing in the Who-Where-Sentiment (WWS) platform. He previously served as General Director of Engineering at Global Technology Telecommunications Corporation in Vietnam.

In the United States, he held senior positions at Select Technology US and Spartan Automotive Group, leading successful projects in Smart City development and Internet-of-Things solutions for car dealers. Mr. Kieu holds a degree in Computer Science/Mathematics from the University of Texas and is pursuing a PhD in applying Big Data in Bioinformatics.
