Mr. Vinh Luu, also known as Richard, is the esteemed Founder and Managing Partner of Asia Legal, a premier business law firm based in Vietnam. Since taking the helm in 2017, he has skillfully led the firm, leveraging his profound expertise and extensive knowledge of Vietnam’s political culture and legal framework. Under his  guidance, Asia Legal has flourished, providing both local and international clients with high-quality legal advice and consultancy services across diverse practice areas including M&A, capital markets, inward investment, mining & energy, real estate, employment, labor, and dispute resolution. An accredited mediator and arbitrator, Mr. Nguyen holds certifications from the CEDR and the CIArb.

 

His appointments by the Shanghai Arbitration Commission and the Southern Trade Arbitration Centre underscore his prowess in facilitating the resolution of complex commercial disputes through independent, impartial, and efficient methods.
