Philip J. Weights

Philip Weights is the President of the Swiss Finance & Technology Association and Founder & MD of Ambassadors of Private Banking LLC, a firm aiding M&A transactions to unify small Swiss private banks. He serves as MD at Enhanced Banking Governance GmbH in Zurich, providing governance services to top corporate bodies, and as Chairman of the World Innovation Economics Organization, fostering collaborations among governments, economists, and innovators. Additionally, Philip is an Advisory Expert to Global Data Excellence and was formerly SVP & Chief Audit Executive at EFG Bank.

His earlier roles include executive positions at HSBC Private Bank, Republic National Bank, and audit roles in Security Pacific National Bank and Citibank. Starting his career at Martins Bank Liverpool in 1961, Philip holds numerous certifications and is associated with several institutes related to banking, auditing, and corporate governance.
